Published Books
Christina Allen is an artist and illustrator. Her picture books have won five National Awards, including: a bronze Evergreen Book Award, a silver and gold Moonbeam Children's Book Award, the Mom's Choice Book Award, and the Indie Award for Excellence for Children's Books non-fiction.
A professional artist for nearly forty, she lives on a sustainable farm in Maryland with her husband, sheep, cat, and heritage chickens.
Allen's Heirloom Homestead
Farm tours available by appointment. Allen's Heirloom Homestead is in the Southern Maryland Trails tour guide book. Extensive gardens, greenhouse, sheep, heritage chickens, and rare Jersey Buff turkeys.

$100.00
All proceeds benefit the Patuxent Tidewater Land Trust! Limit of 10 students. (Fills up quickly.) One pound of all natural local wool, misc. materials, felting pad, felting needle, and a catered lunch included. Drinks and snacks provided by the Good Earth Natural Food Store, Leonardtown.
